High School 6 - Proposed Division-Wide Scenarios

The Stafford County School Board met on August 27 and September 10 to review and discuss the redistricting options A, B, and C required to open High School 6 in the fall of 2026. After hosting the first community meeting, the School Board is also considering options D, E, and F.

The School Board will host community meeting regarding the division-wide redistricting plan as follows:

A public hearing regarding the proposed boundary changes will take place November 12 at 7 pm in the School Board Chambers, located at 31 Stafford Ave.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, we encourage you to provide feedback using this Google Form. All feedback will be considered before a final decision is made by the School Board on December 10, 2024. Boundary changes will be effective for the 2026-2027 school year.

Changes to school boundaries are proposed in accordance with School Board Policy 1403. Families may enter their home address into the Find Your School tool to find out if the address is affected by any of the redistricting scenarios.

North Stafford High to Colonial Forge High in School Year 2024-2025

The Superintendent has authorized an administrative boundary adjustment for planning unit 328.1 from North Stafford HS to Colonial Forge HS, to be implemented in phases beginning with the start of the 2024-2025 school year.

The adjustment will be phased as follows:
